Offers free counselling, psychotherapy services, help and advice to young people aged 12 to 21, with personal problems. Services are open to anyone in this age group wherever they live.

> Brent Adolescent Centre
Provides services for young people aged 14-21 who self-harm. The centre provides assessment, psychotherapeutic consultations and offers psychotherapeutic treatment.

> Bromley Y
Bromley Y provides counselling and support to young people aged between 10 and 25 years, and their parents / carers who live in or are in education in Bromley.

> Child and Family Therapy Centre Lewisham
The service has a number of teams who can repsond to the needs of young people who self-harm.

> Child Family and Adolescent Consultation Service
Child Family and Adolescent Consultation Service (CFACS) Hillingdon Primary Care Trust. CFACS is accessed by referrals only.

> Drum
The Drum has been set up by the Brandon Centre to provide free, confidential counselling and psychotherapy services to anyone aged 16 - 21 who lives, works or goes to school in the South Islington area. Opening times are: Thursday 2pm to 8 pm, Friday 9am to 3.30pm

Gay and Lesbian Lewisham Youth, offering a safe place to meet people and get support with issues.

> Magic Roundabout
Magic Roundabout is for young people between the ages of 12 and 20. It offers safe, confidential and reliable services that allow you to work out what you need and how to make it happen. The centre is secluded enough for young people to drop in anonymously.

> Off Centre
This is a free counselling, advice and information service for young people aged 13-25 years who live, work or study in Hackney. It offers specialised individual and group support for young people who self harm and a ‘fast track’ response service for 13-17 year olds who attempt suicide.

> S.A.F.E.
Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Services NHS Trust Service for Adolescents and Families in Enfield.

> Simmons House Adolescent Unit
This is a 12 place day and in-patient medium term treatment service for young people with severe and complex mental health problems.
